Gourmet Gameday: Mini Baked Potatoes

Mini Baked Potatoes

 

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ½ garlic clove, minced

  • ½ tsp fresh dill

  • ½ tsp chopped chives

  • ½ tbsp flat leaf parsley

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼  tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 lb baby potatoes


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375 F


Step 2

Add the potatoes to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil & a big pinch of salt, toss to coat.


Step 3

Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes (or until the potatoes are cooked through), shaking halfway through so they brown evenly


Step 4

Mix together all the dip ingredients and add to a ziplock bag for easy piping


Step 5

Once potatoes have cooled, cut a small wedge out of each potato and fill with a little sour cream and top with a chive!
