Grilled Peaches & Ice Cream

You should serve this dessert at your next backyard dinner party.

Ingredients:

  • ½ a peach per person

  • 1 pint of vanilla bean ice cream (1 scoop per person)

  • honey

  • maldon salt

optional: CAMOMILE FLOWERS FOR GARNISH!


Step 1

Start up your grill and heat to medium high


Step 2

Slice your peaches and remove the pits, then brush lightly with vegetable oil (we used avocado)


Step 3

Place peaches flat side down on the grill for 5-8 minutes


Step 4

Flip your peaches to skin side down and grill until soft, 3-5 minutes


HAUSTE HINT: with a dessert this simple, we recommend using a good quality vanilla ice cream to elevate the experience!


Step 5

Remove peaches from the grill and place each half in a bowl, top with a scoop of boujee vanilla ice cream, drizzle with honey, and top with flaky sea salt
