Goat Cheese Truffles

Assemble only appetizer? Count us in!


Ingredients:

  • 8 oz softened cream cheese

  • 10 oz softened goat cheese

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 cup dried cranberries

  • 1 cup dried apricots

  • 1/2 cup pecans

  • 1/2 cup pistachios

  • 4-5 Medjool dates, pitted

  • 1 tbsp chopped thyme, fresh

  • Optional: drizzle honey over the finished truffles!


Step 1

Chop all toppings into small pieces


Step 2

Mix softened cream cheese and goat cheese until combined, add 1 tbsp honey


Step 3

Scoop cheese mixture into bite sized pieces and roll into balls (add a little olive oil to your hands so they don’t stick)


Step 4

Toss the balls into your chopped toppings, here are the flavor combos we did but get creative!
