Heavy Apps: Baked Cambozola with Pear & Prosciutto Baguettes

Snacks for dinner? We call those Heavy Apps.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup candied pecans 

  • ~ 1lb cubed Cambozola cheese

  • 2 barlet pears

  • 1 baguette 

  • 1 package of prosciutto


Step 1

Remove the rind and chop into cubes

Then add to a small baking dish and top with chopped candied pecans 


Step 2

Bake for 10-12 minutes at 400F


Step 3

Remove and serve with sliced baguettes topped with thinly sliced pears and prosciutto
