Hot Honey Peach Burrata Bruschetta

Easy appetizer for LDW BBQs & late-summer gatherings.


Ingredients:

  • 1 large baguette

  • 2 peaches halved, pits removed

  • 1/2 medium red onion

  • 1 clove garlic minced

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil thinly sliced or julienned

  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • Pinch of salt

  • Pinch of white pepper

  • 2 balls of burrata

  • 1 tsp hot honey


Step 1

Dice peaches & red onion then add to a mixing bowl


Step 2

To the bowl, add minced garlic, fresh basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and white pepper. Mix and set aside


Step 3

Slice baguette and brush with olive oil, place on a baking sheet and roast at 400° for a few minutes (until golden, it usually goes pretty quick!)


Step 4

To assemble, place crostinis in a bowl or board. Spread burrata over a platter and spoon peach bruschetta over. Drizzle hot honey and enjoy!
