Gourmet Gameday: Boujee Sliders

Boujee Sliders

Serves 8

Why have one boujee slider when you can have two? Also, we stand by our choice to use Kraft Singles.

 

Ingredients:

  • Dinner rolls or mini brioche buns 

  • Slider patties of your choice (we love Meat District)


    Balsamic & Havarti

  • ½ container of arugula 

  • ½ block of creamy havarti (we used Castello’s)

  • 1-2 cups balsamic vinegar 

  • 1 red onion

  • 1 cup mayo

  • Juice of ½ a lemon 

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 2 cloves of garlic 

    Elevated Classic

  • 1 head of butter lettuce

  • American cheese

  • 1 cup mayo 

  • 1 tbsp ketchup 

  • ½ tbsp yellow mustard 

  • 1 dill pickle (diced) 

  • 1 tbsp pickle juice

  • 1 tsp garlic powder  

  • 1 tsp salt 

  • 1 tsp sugar


Step 1

Balsamic Onions

Slice onions thinly into rounds

Place in a medium bowl and cover with balsamic vinegar 

Marinate for at least a few hours (best overnight)


Step 2

Garlic Aioli

Add the ingredients below to a bowl and mix

1 cup mayo

Juice of ½ a lemon 

½ tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

2 cloves of minced garlic 


Step 3

Burger Sauce 

Add the ingredients below to a bowl and mix

1 cup mayo 

1 tbsp ketchup 

½ tbsp yellow mustard 

1 dill pickle diced 

1 tbsp pickle juice

1 tsp garlic powder  

1 tsp salt 

1 tsp sugar


Step 4

Add slider patties to a cast iron skillet and smash with a spatula (DO NOT MOVE)


Step 5

Add cheese and an ice cube, then cover with a lid 


Step 6

Butter buns and toast until golden 


Step 7

Assemble your boujee sliders and enjoy!
